Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to DataWise GH, account use and purchases made through the platform.

Effective date 15 July 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing DataWise GH, creating an account or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Delivery Policy.

Do not use the platform when you do not agree with these terms.

2. Services provided

DataWise GH provides access to supported prepaid mobile data bundles and related digital services.

Available products, networks, capacity, pricing and stock may change without notice where suppliers or network conditions change.

3. Customer responsibility

Before payment, the customer must confirm:

  • The recipient phone number is correct.
  • The selected mobile network is correct.
  • The selected bundle and displayed amount are correct.
  • The recipient number can receive the selected service.
Check the recipient details carefully. DataWise GH may be unable to reverse a bundle successfully delivered to the phone number and network submitted during checkout.

4. Prices and payment

The price shown at checkout is the DataWise GH selling price applicable to the customer or approved agent account at that time.

Prices may change before payment where the underlying product price changes. The backend recalculates the current valid amount before payment begins.

An order is not considered paid until payment has been successfully verified.

5. Customer and agent accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password and for activity performed through their account.

Agent pricing is available only to approved agent accounts. Creating an agent account does not guarantee approval.

DataWise GH may approve, reject, suspend or remove an agent account where necessary to protect customers, the platform or the business.

6. Processing and delivery

Automated order processing is available 24 hours a day. Delivery can still be affected by payment-provider, mobile network, supplier, internet or technical delays.

A successful payment does not always mean the bundle has already been delivered. Customers should use the order reference to track processing and delivery.

7. Failed or delayed orders

Where payment succeeds but delivery is delayed, DataWise GH may investigate, retry the order, complete it manually or approve a refund where delivery cannot be completed.

Customers must provide the order reference and recipient number when requesting support.

8. Prohibited use

You must not:

  • Use stolen payment information or another person’s account without permission.
  • Attempt to interfere with the website, backend, pricing or payment process.
  • Create false accounts or submit fraudulent disputes.
  • Use automated tools to overload, scrape or attack the platform.
  • Misrepresent yourself as DataWise GH or an authorised representative.

9. Service availability

We work to keep DataWise GH available and reliable, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

Access may be temporarily restricted for maintenance, security, supplier outages, payment issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DataWise GH is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by network outages, customer input errors, third-party service failures or unauthorised account access.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Suspension and termination

DataWise GH may restrict or terminate access where an account is used for fraud, abuse, attempted security breaches, repeated false disputes or other serious violations of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication in good faith.
