- The recipient phone number.
- The selected mobile network.
- The bundle purchased.
- The payment date and amount.
- A short explanation of the problem.
Security warning
Common issues
Payment succeeded but no bundle arrived
Check the order using your reference. Contact support when the order remains delayed or shows a failed status.
Wrong recipient number
Contact support immediately. An order already delivered to the submitted number may not be reversible.
Account login problem
Email support from an address you can access and provide the registered phone number. Never send your password.
Agent approval
Agent applications are reviewed by the DataWise GH administrator. Retail pricing remains active until approval.
