1. Digital delivery
DataWise GH products are digital services. There is no physical parcel, courier or collection point.
A purchased bundle is delivered directly to the submitted recipient phone number after payment verification and successful processing.

Orders are normally submitted for processing after successful payment verification.
Delivery may not be instant. Processing time can be affected by mobile-network availability, payment verification, supplier systems, internet connectivity, maintenance or unusual transaction volume.
4. Order statuses
- Pending payment: payment has not yet been confirmed.
- Paid or awaiting processing: payment is confirmed and the order is waiting for fulfilment.
- Processing: the order is being submitted or delivered.
- Delivery pending: the service provider is still processing the order.
- Completed: delivery has been confirmed.
- Delivery failed: payment was received but the order requires investigation or retry.
5. Tracking an order
Keep the payment or DataWise GH order reference shown after checkout.
Enter the reference on the Track Order page to view the current processing status.

Orders are processed using the phone number and network selected by the customer.
7. Delayed or failed delivery
When an order remains delayed or shows a failed status, contact support with the order reference and recipient number.
DataWise GH may verify payment, check the delivery record, retry the order or approve a refund where delivery cannot be completed.
8. Network availability
Product availability can change when a mobile network or fulfilment provider suspends, removes, reprices or runs out of a bundle.
DataWise GH may temporarily remove an unavailable product or stop accepting payment for it.
