DataWise GH is an online platform for purchasing supported mobile data bundles and related digital services in Ghana.
We aim to handle personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable Ghanaian data-protection requirements.

Depending on how you use DataWise GH, we may collect:
- Your name and mobile phone number.
- The recipient phone number, selected network and bundle information.
- Account information, including your account role and agent-approval status.
- Order references, payment status, purchase amount and delivery status.
- Support messages and information you provide when reporting a problem.
- Essential browser-storage information used to keep signed-in accounts working.
3. Payment information
Payments are processed through an external payment provider. DataWise GH does not directly store your complete bank-card number, card security code or Mobile Money PIN.
We receive transaction information needed to verify payment, identify the order, resolve disputes and process delivery.
4. How we use information
- To create and manage customer and agent accounts.
- To verify payments and process orders.
- To deliver bundles to the submitted recipient number.
- To provide order tracking and account order history.
- To investigate failed delivery, duplicate payments, fraud or disputes.
- To provide customer support and improve the reliability of the service.
- To comply with applicable legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
5. Who may receive information
Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with:
- Payment processors used to collect and verify payments.
- Service-fulfilment providers used to deliver purchased mobile services.
- Hosting, database and infrastructure providers supporting the platform.
- Regulators, law-enforcement bodies or other authorities where disclosure is legally required.
We do not sell customer personal information to advertisers.
6. Browser storage
DataWise GH may use essential browser storage to maintain login sessions and remember necessary account information. This storage is required for signed-in account features.
DataWise GH does not currently use advertising cookies for personalised ads.
7. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect stored information, including protected backend access, password hashing and restricted administrative access.
8. Data retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal or accounting requirements.
Some transaction records may need to be retained even after an account is closed.

Subject to applicable law, you may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information connected to your account.
You may also object to certain processing or request clarification about how your information is used.
Some requests may be limited where records must be retained for security, legal, accounting or dispute-resolution reasons.
